Teen dead, two others injured in Dublin crash

DUBLIN, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) – Police say one teenager was killed and two others were injured in a crash in Dublin Friday afternoon.

According to a news release, first responders received a report of a single-vehicle crash around 12:30 Friday afternoon on Perry Pasture Road. The car had reportedly left the road and hit a tree, and two people inside the vehicle were trapped and unconscious.

The passenger who had reported the crash to police, identified as a 16-year-old female from Peterborough was out of the vehicle and walking around at the scene. The driver, a 17-year-old male from Antrim was pronounced dead at the scene, and an injured 16-year-old male from Antrim was extricated from the vehicle. Both passengers were transported to a hospital.

Police say speed appears to be a factor in the crash but it remains under investigation. Anyone with further information should contact Dublin Police at 603-563-8411.
