Trust The Process
Trust The Process

What does it mean when someone says trust the process?

Perhaps you have just started on something and you are anxious to see the results.  Or maybe you have been waiting for all your hard work to finally pay off.

You have to trust the process.

Change, growth, results all take time. Maybe you started a project or a weight loss program or some sort of self growth program and you aren’t seeing results.  Well, it is easy to give up but you will never see the change if you do.

You have to trust the process.  Believe that it will all come to fruition for you.

I recently heard an analogy for this.

Think of it as planting a seed.  The seed will not grow into a full plant over night.  It takes time and patience.  It also takes effort, attention and care on your part.

If you don’t sow it, you won’t grow it.

Consistent sowing of seeds and letting go of the outcome will create results- and often time big results.

And try not to be too attached,   It may look different than you planned, yet trusting and that your consistent choices will nurture the growth.
