Set your December goals- Don’t put them off!!
Set your December goals- Don’t put them off!!

Can you believe we have less than a month until the start of a new year? As stressful and bizarre as 2020 was, we are almost done with it!

What is really interesting as we start to round the corner and finish off the year, a lot of people have the tendency to put things off.

How many times do you hear “call me and we’ll talk about in the new year.

You may have even thought that to yourself- I’ll start that exercise regimen in the new year.  I’ll start the diet in the new year.  I’ll stop smoking in the new year.  I’ll apply for that job in the new year.

What if you could take some of those items and cross them off your list now to start your 2021 strong and focused?

Yes, I realize it’s a busy time of year but how about instead of using December as a reason NOT to do all those things on your list, why not use it as a DEADLINE to get stuff done?!

Live your December with focus directed intentions by identifying some goals or do what you have been procrastinating on.

Imagine yourself on December 31 and the feeling you want to have as you look back on the close of this year.  What will be a moment of pride as you welcome a new year.  What can you build on once 2021 starts?

This time of year is a great time to practice being still and grounding yourself.  Use it to end the year strong and start off the new year in a positive mental space.
