Moving into March
Moving into March

As we close out February and begin March, I often like to reflect on the past month before setting goals and looking forward to the next month.

So, first describe February in one word.

What were some of the highlights from the month?
What is something you are proud of and what did you learn?

Now….what would you like to improve upon in the upcoming month.

Answer these questions either in your mind, though, I feel everything is more powerful when you write it down.

Once you have done that, move on to March.

Finish this statement.  March will be _____

What are your top 3 goals for the month and also note some mini goals you have.

Based on those goals and mini goals, break it down week by week on how you can accomplish them.

Finally, get out your calendar and lock it all in.

It is totally worth it to take the time at the end of the month and when starting a new one to set intentions and goals.  There really is no better way to achieve what you want and live mindfully
