Drinking Your Calories

Hidden calories from coffee beverages, sports drinks, sodas, smoothie bars, and alcoholic beverages is the quickest way to throw off your health goals. Drinking your calories doesn’t provide the same level of mental satisfaction as eating a plate a healthy foods prepared to nourish your body. This simple habit turned me into a black coffee and water drinker and keeps me away from 98% of convenience store beverages, these simple hacks have saved me thousands of calories over the years and is one of the easiest ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep the weight down.
