Days Between Christmas & New Years – MAKE IT COUNT!
Days Between Christmas & New Years – MAKE IT COUNT!

Here it is .. that awkward time between Christmas and New Years where no one really knows what day it is and you just graze over leftovers that are sitting around your house.

But, what if we stopped to make more of this time and feel good when ringing in the new year?

Schedule time in your week to exercise.  Get your body moving- whether it be a brisk walk outside, a workout at the gym or an online yoga class, commit to moving everyday this week.

You also want to think about flushing out….And by that I  mean stuff at your house that you can get rid of while you are cleaning up those holiday decorations.  What is just being passed around the house and not used?  Get rid of it.  In fact make a pile of donate or trash and get to work.

While you are at it, think about going through your emails and unsubscribing to lists you are on that you don’t even open!

Wouldn’t it be great to enter the new year without a weekly email about a weekly sale at a department store you never go to? I think so.

Try to make these days as productive and cleansing as possible.  Enter the new year with a clean slate, clear mind, clear countertops and a clear inbox!
