Outside Benefits in Spring !
Outside Benefits in Spring !

Spring is officially here and as the days start to get warmer and it stays lighter outside longer, it is a great time to be outdoors and reap all the benefits that holds.

So what are some fun ways you can enjoy the outdoors while also giving yourself a boost of health & wellness?

What about walking or bike riding? Both can boost your energy, strengthen your heart & increase your immune system. Not to mention, it’s a great way to burn some calories.

And what about a garden? Planting a garden will prompt you to eat fresh fruits & veggies. Like planting flowers? It is a great way to beautify your yard and the interior of your home. I love fresh cut flowers all throughout my house!

Why look any further for a de-stressor? Nature and being outdoors has a way of de-stressing and relaxing the body & mind.

Want a way to have fun and bond with family and friends? You guessed it- organize a game of touch football, basketball or even a good old-fashioned game of tag or capture the flag.

You’ll have some great laughs, a little friendly competition and it’s also a great way to increase creativity

Fresh air- inhaling and exhaling cleans out your lungs and brings more oxygen to your muscles and cells.

It feels like the spring and summer go by so quickly so get outside and enjoy the beautiful warm temps and your surroundings. Why wouldn’t you when there is so much to benefit from it all!
