Natalie Knowles – Weekdays 2p-7p

Natalie Knowles has always had the gift of gab and didn’t realize how useful it was until college when she discovered the communications department and the radio and TV station.

After college, Natalie continued some broadcast work doing freelance voice-over work for MTV and smaller advertising firms in New York City.

In 2004, she moved to Vermont and connected with Green Mountain Mornings and began to write, produce and broadcast a weekly wellness tip began for the local talk radio show.

Soon thereafter, she started reporting news for WKVT and filling in for different DJ’S on the air.

You can catch her spreading love & light on the REWIND airwave M-F 2p-7p and also tune in for her wellness tip of the day here on REWIND 92.7 & 102.3.

When not at the station, Natalie loves to do yoga, exercise, get a good sweat on, hang out in the sun, eat healthy food & hang out with her kids.
